Wiki: Tofu, also known as bean curd, is a food made by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks.
 Vegan: Marinated Tofu with rice and vegetable salad 
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients (for Tofu):
  • 1 block extra firm tofu (400g)
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
Ingredients (for salad):
  • half of bell pepper
  • half of large cucumber
  • quarter of Chinese cabbage
  • 1 tomato
  • small piece of leek
  • salt & lemon juice (or vinegar)
Vegan: Marinated Tofu with rice and vegetable salad 
Directions:
  1. Start with tofu. Cut in desired slices. Mix soya sauce and minced garlic in big bowl. Put slices in the marinade. If the marinade doesn't cover most of the tofu be sure to turn over few times. Leave it in room temperature.
  2. Make salad. Cut all veggies and mix them with lemon juice or vinegar & salt to taste. Don't forget to turn over tofu slices : ).
  3. Cook rice according to package.
  4. When the rice is ready. The tofu should be ready to cook too : ).
  5. Oil & heat cast iron skillet (or other frying pan) and bake tofu. Turn over when it's brown.
